First Tee — Southeast Wisconsin Supports Bank of America’s Golf with Us Clinic

First Tee — Southeast Wisconsin was thrilled to support Bank of America’s Golf with Us Clinic, alongside Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee.

The clinic brought together golf skills and life skills in a single, action packed day. Participants worked on the fundamentals, from grip and stance to putting and short game, while also soaking up the kind of lessons that carry well beyond the golf course: confidence, perseverance, and teamwork.

Adding some extra excitement to the day was a special appearance from former Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson. Kids had the chance to learn from a Wisconsin sports legend, and the energy the whole day reflected it. Nelson spoke about how golf teaches kids to handle “the ups and downs” the game brings, lessons he says carry well beyond 18 holes. From first swings to big smiles, the clinic was a great reminder that golf truly is a sport to be enjoyed by all.

Days like this are only possible because of partners like Bank of America, whose Golf with Us program continues to give young people across the country the chance to discover what’s possible, both in golf and in life.

Thank you to everyone who came out and made this clinic such a success.

Local news outlet WTMJ was also on hand for the clinic, and Jordy Nelson shared with them how much the lessons of golf can carry over into everyday life. You can check out their full recap, complete with more photos from the day here.
